The provision of your data for all other purposes is optional. The data controller also informs that the eventual non-communication or incorrect communication of one of the mandatory information necessary for the contract has the following consequences:

2 - the possible failure of the treatment results to comply with the obligations imposed by tax, administrative or labor regulations to which it is addressed.

Optional consents for the management of the data of the data subject are documented according to procedures considered unambiguous (such as two-factor authentication and "double-opt-in" system), according to the exchange of communications with the data subject himself, or through the express authorization provided in written or digital forms.

The data controller constantly adjusts the data management and procedures in order to ensure compliance with current regulations. Activities and workflows take into account data from the origin of the treatment and have been considered compliant with the type of data managed, limiting unnecessary treatments to the activity. Cookies and Data Collected

The software applications used may contain "cookies" technology. These primarily have the function of facilitating user navigation. Cookies may provide information on navigation within the website and enable the operation of some services that require identification of the user's path through different pages of the website. Regardless of whether a cookie is present, when accessing the website, the type of browser used, the operating system (e.g. Microsoft, Apple, Android, Linux, etc.), the Host, the URL of the visitor's origin, and data on the requested page are recorded.

However, the user can set their browser to be informed when they receive a cookie and decide to delete it. Further information on cookies can be found on the websites of browser providers.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files generated by the websites visited and stored on the user's computer, which maintain session data that may be used later on the website. The data allows the website to maintain user information between pages and also analyze how the user interacts with the site.

Cookies are secure and not harmful to the device - they can only store information entered by the browser, related to access in the browser itself or included on the requested page. They cannot become codes and cannot be used to access the user's computer. If a website encrypts the information in the cookie, only the website can read the information. Further information on cookies can be found on the websites: www.allaboutcookies.org and www.youronlinechoices.eu.

They can perform various functions, such as navigating between pages efficiently, and in general, can improve the user's experience. The owner reserves the right to use cookies, with the user's consent, where applicable law or regulations establish this, to facilitate navigation on this site and personalize the information that appears. The owner also reserves the right to use similar systems to collect information about website users, such as the type of internet browser and operating system used, for statistical or security purposes.

Types of cookies

Cookies are distinguished as "session" and "persistent".

Session cookies contain information used in your current browser session. These cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. Nothing is stored on your computer beyond the time of site usage. Session cookies used are intended to speed up traffic analysis on the Internet and make it easier for users to access the services offered by the site. Session cookies are primarily used for authentication, authorization, and browsing services accessed through registration. Most browsers are set to accept cookies. If you do not want to accept cookies, you can set your computer to reject them or display a warning when they are stored. If the interested party refuses to use cookies, some site features may not work properly, and some services may not be available. The use of session cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. These data are technical in nature, have temporary validity, and are not collected for the purpose of identifying users but, due to their operation and in combination with other data held by third parties (e.g. the user's Internet service provider), they may allow identification. First-party cookies are readable only by the domain that created them, while persistent cookies are used to maintain the information used between one access and another to the website or used for technical purposes and to improve navigation on the site. This data allows websites to recognize that you are a known user or visitor and adapt accordingly. "Persistent" cookies have a duration set by the website, which can vary from a few minutes to several years, and are therefore stored until their expiration or deletion.
