At Casa Synergy, we believe in the power of real estate investments.

It all started with our desire to invest in the real estate sector. We successfully completed a few personal projects, and we want to replicate the same as a business idea. However, the returns on our financial models were always in the single digits. As usual, even if real estate projects are secured by property, the capital yields achievable are less satisfactory than other financial opportunities.

We noticed that traditional approach is not providing the returns we were seeking, and there was a need for a new approach that could deliver better outcomes. We recognized that many investors feel the same lack and use crowdfunding platforms to invest in real estate with a better return. We saw an opportunity to create a platform that could meet their needs while positively impacting communities through renovation projects.

We continued studying this alternative because we feel very positive about high turnovers in the real estate market. We are also aware of the potential leverage that technology can provide in streamlining tasks such as scouting and renovation. Moreover, we have fun in redesigning interiors of the houses and apartments as well as we believe that renovate properties can have a real impact on urban sustainability.

The Italian renovation market faced a big disruption in recent years. The '110%' and the 'sconto in fattura' , two aggressive public subsidies, caused great turbulence in the market and an unnatural inflation of material prices and subcontracting. Fortunately, these measures ended in March 2023, making way for a more sustainable market. On this new wave, we decided to reenter in the market.

We are fully aware of the challenges ahead. The first is to optimize the high impact of the Italian registration tax (on property exchange). The second is the huge competition in finding suitable properties.  The third is that the real estate brokers are likely to be involved in narrowing the price gap between aged and renovated properties.

The more we dig the more we find data pointing out the value of the renovation business model which fits our vision.

We knew that with the right approach, we could turn our passion for reconstruction and interior design, entrepreneurship and startup into a profitable real estate business model. Besides, we are committed to innovation and always striving to create value.
